Applicability of These General Terms:
These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of Atelier Leontine and the users of the Webshop (the customer) with regard to the products and services offered via this webshop. By using the Webshop, you confirm that you accept these general terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you should not place an order.
Only the following general terms and conditions apply to the activities between you (the customer) and Atelier Leontine. Other conditions only apply if they have been accepted by us in writing.
Offer
The items offered for sale are intended solely for normal private use. Despite our best efforts in compiling the website, the offered information may still be incomplete, contain material errors, or not be up-to-date. If you have specific questions about size, color, availability, delivery time, or shipping method, please contact Atelier Leontine in advance via the contact form.
Copyright and Intellectual Property:
The webshop of Atelier Leontine is developed for personal and non-commercial use by the customer. The content of the webshop is the property of Atelier Leontine.
The customer may download and make one copy of the content for personal, non-commercial use, provided that the content remains in its original form, including any intellectual property rights. Copying or storing any content for any use other than personal, non-commercial use is not allowed.
All patterns, text, and images on www.atelierleontine.be are and remain the exclusive property of Atelier Leontine. Reproduction, in whole or in part, for any reason or by any means is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to store, reproduce, modify, publicly disclose, distribute, or transmit information from the website without prior written consent. It is also forbidden to produce clothing and accessories based on our patterns and offer them to third parties, sell, or use them commercially without prior written consent.
Delivery
Physical products are only delivered to countries where the webshop offers delivery, namely Belgium and the Netherlands.
You can choose your preferred delivery method: home delivery or pick-up at Atelier Leontine in Boom.
Incorrectly provided addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may incur additional charges.
You can cancel your order free of charge before we begin processing it by contacting us via the contact form (see the return policy below).
Pick-up at Atelier Leontine:
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – Products can be picked up at Atelier Leontine in Boom. A suitable pick-up date will be arranged with the customer via email. If you cannot make the agreed appointment, please notify us in advance.
Price and Payment
You can currently pay for your order via bank transfer and Bancontact.
With bank transfer, items will only be shipped once the full amount has been received in Atelier Leontine’s bank account.
Deliveries will take approximately 2 to 5 business days (if longer, the customer will be notified). Shipping rates can be found under the "delivery" section of the webshop.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, online documents cannot be returned. Only the fabric pack can be partially returned within 14 days of receipt. You will then be credited for the value of the returned item, including any shipping costs (if 100% returned). The price of the pattern (€12) will be deducted.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. For exact rates, consult your carrier’s website.
Please return the products in their original condition and packaging. The original product packaging must remain undamaged.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Warranty
Any visible damage or quality issue with an item, or any other issue with delivery, must be reported immediately (within 14 days) via the contact form. After this period, you lose the right to repair or replacement.
If you wish to invoke the statutory warranty, you must prove that the item was purchased from Atelier Leontine.
The (commercial and/or legal) warranty does not apply to defects caused by accidents, neglect, falls, abnormal or incorrect use, failure to follow usage and/or maintenance instructions, using the item for purposes it was not designed for, rough handling, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear. The warranty is non-transferable.
Liability
Atelier Leontine is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products.
The information on the website is of a general nature. It is not tailored to personal or specific circumstances and therefore cannot be considered as personal professional advice to the user.
Atelier Leontine makes every effort to ensure that the information provided is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. However, despite these efforts, inaccuracies may occur.
Atelier Leontine is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the information on this site. If you notice any inaccuracies in the information provided on the site, please contact us via the contact form.
We also cannot guarantee that every screen displays the color exactly, or that the color of the product will not slightly differ upon receipt.
